I just want to remind you all that stories this year are to be posted to remixredux08, not remix_redux. I'm sorry for the confusion, but stories submitted to remix_redux will be rejected.

Also, when tagging your story, please remember to include the category, i.e., the full tag for a fandom includes the word "fandom": e.g., "fandom: harry potter" etc.; the full tag for a character includes the word "character": e.g., "character: harry potter." This way we can differentiate between stories about the character Harry Potter and stories in the HP fandom that may or may not include him. Among other things.

Hello! I wasn't sure where to ask this, so I went for the latest admin post. With pinch-hitting, will that start before the deadline (April 12th), or are there already pinch-hits to be taken? I'm interested in helping out, but I wasn't sure how to go about offering my services, in this particular challenge.

There have been pinch hits sent out already, and there will continue to be. You can sign up to be a pinch hitter in the comments of the announcement post (http://community.livejournal.com/remixredux08/1507.html) - just put Pinch Hitter in the subject line and list your email address and the fandoms you're willing to write in.
