Wow, dear mystery author! I am thrilled to bits with what you've made of that silly little drabble of mine. :D

I love that you've filled in the emotional blanks between The Christmas Invasion and New Earth, and made the transition believable above all. The day trips are a marvellous idea - the whole thing was very nicely done, and I was grinning by the ending!
