This is fantastic. I am so amazingly thrilled by what you've done here, taking the story from Death's side - you really get the voices of the Endless right, and I LOVE the confrontation between Death and Desire and the sense of power and menace leashed crackling between them.
And you managed to do what I couldn't, which is get Death in a clinch with Dean, which I think is AWESOME. Dean/Death is totally a viable pairing. Pun completely intended. *g*
