I also want to learn how to make tailored clothing. I've designed whole costume plots for theatrical productions without the skill level needed to create the costumes. I've been lucky to have minions friends willing to create what I've imagined.
I really should scan in those pictures of Cinderella. I was, and clothed, the whole Evil Stepfamily. I gave each woman her own time period based on her figure type, and I mixed and matched fabrics and trims with total disregard for things like matching Pfah.
I can make hats and jewelry and bloomers and accessories and things, and I'm telling you, we were tricked out.
