I admit, I was hoping for a John/Teyla story (I always hope for a John/Teyla story in these things) - but this is AWESOME and AMAZING and WOW and WOOHOO!
I love how you've angled the Vala-Qetesh symbiosis - and all the bits and fragments that are woven in. The sex scenes are hot-hot-hot, and I love your descriptions in them. And John's just right: not too emotionally open but just broken enough from missing Atlantis to connect with Vala's no-half-measures interest.
