I know that the point of this little exercise we all engaged in is not to please your remixee,...
Hee! Sometimes I would try and remember this, but most of the time I kept getting swept up in "oh, god, what will they think of this>?!" so I'm so glad you like :).
Part one was the entry point to this fic for me; I love the idea (however improbable!) that they make it to a happy, maybe slightly grumpy, old age and I wanted to keep that going -- to make the afterlife just as good.
I rewatched 'Provenance' for the second part, and yay! I'm so glad Sarah works for you here, because she really is awesome in the show. 'Marry that girl' indeed.
Kicking it together -- yup, that's way more likely in my eyes too. I didn't want to mess with part three too much because, really, that's exactly how they'd want it to go down, too. (The line: He won’t be looking up again, but that’s all right – he can see Dean now, sprawled a few feet away, looking back at him. was the one that made me tear up the most while I was writing, that and: Dad smiles, warm and gentle. “It’s good to see you, kiddo.”)
The funeral -- yay! *grins* I actually went through a couple of radically different versions, trying to get it right, esp as this was my first time writing from Bobby's POV and I'm so glad and more than a little relieved that you like!
All the things I didn't say but meant. Oh, precious story. *clutches* *does a little dance* High praise indeed! Thank you!
