This was delightful. I love Spike trying to read the letter over Angel's shoulder and the jostling here: : "They both scrambled for the basement door, pushing and shoving each other out of the way. Tripping and stumbling past boxes and weapons and assorted junk Angel kept rescuing from the ruins of Wolfram and Hart..." I love the detail of Angel scavenging things out of Wolfram and Hart's ruins.
These two are like ten year olds on a road trip, pushing and sniping, but they still have the camaraderie to help with the other's care and grooming. Spike's "Are we there yet"s gave me grin after grin, as did Angel's weary responses. Coming on the ceremony right at the pronouncement was perfect timing, and I love that I can insert the groom.

Thanks for the very fun read.
