Oh, wow. You've really breathed life into something which provided you very little to work with. The little details you included (I love it when writers pay attention to the details) strengthened the characters that much more, and the way you've established where each of them are at a certain points in their lives with just a few words is impressive.

The things I love are how mature you made Chloe without losing that snark and spunk that she has in the show, how you gave Sam something that exists separate from Dean, how Chloe wasn't -- and isn't -- charmed by Dean, and how Chloe is still her capable, independent self who, in this instance, is able to help Sam instead of the other way around.

I really like this idea of Sam's demon actually being a Zoner. That is such a fantastic plot point, because it brings the two worlds together and strengthens the connection between them.

I definitely enjoyed this. I can't get over how much you got from such a small fic. Loved it :)
