That was a marvelous read. Wonderful companion story. And jail and torture and being left-behind for three months was horrible, but what really got to me was the image of John sadly poking at his chicken-thing dish after Rodney flees the romantic dinner scene that John so carefully set up. Rodney is lucky John's so persistent :).
