Oh my God, this was so awesome. I wrote the original so long ago (and wow, I've improved since then. *winces*) that I hadn't expected anyone to choose something so old, but what you did with it was amazing. You added so much depth--I love how you turned it from exploration of the beginning of an enmity to something with real repercussions. This was such a brilliant fic, and I'm honored one of my stories sparked it. :)
