Oh, this is wonderful. I love the sharpness of Atia, but the way that it turns in the end, as it did in the series. She preferred to think it had been Octavia. That's just it, right there. And the excellent details of the birth scene, and then the later contrast of Octavia and Antonia and how they each reacted to the shock of being born.
