OH. OH, REMIXER. this is absolutely just FABULOUS! you did an amazing job of remixing No Rest for the Wicked and i thoroughly enjoyed this! THANK YOU SO MUCH. ♥♥

fantastic idea to retell this from the POV of both James and Peter! you took what was essentially a PWP and made it into a proper story. i LOVE the background details you added here as far as Remus and Sirius' relationship, making it so that everything happened after the Snape incident. brilliance!

James' and Peter's observance of the whole thing was great! it was an awesome idea to sort of split it the way you did, with James noticing certain things, and Peter witnessing Remus and Sirius in the cupboard (which, i will say now, was lkahdgs omg HOT!!). i also adored how you infused my dialogue into your fic! it worked brilliantly.

also, your characterizations of James and Peter were lovely! i love how James just found the whole thing hilarious and frustrating at the same time. the 'Fucking cunts.' at the end of his section had me in stitches! actually, i could quote a lot of things back at you but the entire fic was so lovely, this comment would be far longer than its already getting to be. and Peter. oh, Peter. that was sheer brilliance, illustrating his lust for power through his envy of the power Remus held over Sirius. the idea of him getting off behind the curtains while he let everyone think he was asleep is all sorts of creepy and yet awesome in ways it probably shouldn't be! and Peter's got one amazingly hot imagination. guh, those scenarios he played out in his mind. HOT. and that last line about knowing what side Peter would choose? oh, that is just perfect.

i'm probably rambling now but the point of all of this? I LOVED THIS. this is my first year in Remix, and seeing such an amazing remix written to one of my stories has just made the entire experience all that much better. thank you. ♥
