I know that the point of this little exercise we all engaged in is not to please your remixee, but I want you to know that you did. You so so did.
I love the way you took each vignette I wrote and reworked it from a different perspective. That first section slayed me--all's Sam's dead loving him and taking him home and Mary holding Dean even if he can't feel it. *sobs* Oh, so prettily done.
And Sarah. God she kicks ass. Her character is amazing and you more than do her justice here.
Sam and Dean kicking it together. I know it ought to choke me up, but I can't help but feel that they'd rather it that way, you know? I love Sam's perspective on that moment.
And Sam's funeral. Oh, man. With this vignette, you really took the narrative in a direction I would never have expected and I am so grateful you did because it is cool and awesome. In the original drabble when I said funeral, I wasn't envisioning anything really more than maybe Bobby and Andy and Ellen and Ash and Jo and Missouri, but I adore that you turned it into something bigger. Something more. Something that Sam deserves. And Bobby's voice. Yay!
Finally (and she swallows down tears), this last bit is perfect. All the things I didn't say but meant. Oh, precious story. *clutches*
