Oh! This was just perfect. I loved seeing it from Adam's POV, especially since it brought a whole new nuance to imagining Lex's motivations. Of course it's not just the sex for Lex. I can imagine Adam might still get a job if Adina didn't arrive for that midnight meeting, but it'd be lowest person in the mailroom.
